on big floors

Crunchtime is a non-profit youth basketball program building great leaders through the game — and this is our team at Barclays Center.

We're here to grow good people who happen to be good at basketball

Crunchtime is a non-profit program on Long Island. Our job is to help young athletes become the leaders of the future — through the game, and everything around it.

Leaders first

Every practice is a chance to learn how to lead — talk to your teammates, pick each other up, do the hard thing when it's easier not to.

The right way

We play hard, we play clean, and we shake hands after. Doing it the right way isn't the slow path to winning. It is the path.

Better every week

Nobody starts good. Our kids get reps, get coached, and get to see the work show up on the floor — and yes, we like winning.

Our kids have played on an NBA floor

Not a highlight reel from someone else's program. That's our team, on the same floor the Nets play on.

For the love of the game

Our foundation keeps the game reachable — gear, gym time, and travel for families who need a hand. Every dollar goes back to the kids.

Come see us play

Tryouts, training, or just a question about whether your kid is ready — we're happy to talk it through.
